To keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid, most require professional steam cleaning every 18 to 24 months. However, I recommend not waiting longer than 3 years. Beyond that point, embedded dirt begins the ‘sandpaper effect,’ permanently grinding down fibers and causing wear that no cleaning can fix. My rule of thumb: clean every 18 months to protect your warranty, and never skip more than 3 years to avoid early replacement. Of course, if you prefer to clean sooner than 18 months for the pride of ownership and a fresh home, that is perfectly fine too!

When you call we will ask for your address and what areas you want to have cleaned. Then we will look up your home using MLS data and based on the total square footage of the house and the areas need to be cleaned come up with your estimate! We do not clean Leather!

Even our pet deodorizer treatments use enzyme-based solutions that are safe for people and pets. As with all of our services, most of the product is removed during the final rinsing step, leaving your furniture clean, refreshed, and helping it stay cleaner longer between professional cleanings.

Unfortunately there is no guaranteed way to ensure that urine will be completely removed from rugs as often the urine has gone down into the padding and can’t be removed in home. However there are two different levels of Urine deodorizer. Both have enzymes that eat organic material and are not just masking agents and can greatly reduce pet smells. Those are an extra charge for the really deeply soaked in urine.

In our shop with Area and Oriental Rugs we have other advanced methods and being able to repeat process for an extra charge that can normally get rugs to the point you don’t smell urine when standing over it.

Yes — in most cases, they should.

While vinyl plank flooring doesn’t require cleaning as often as carpet, it is not truly “maintenance-free.” Over time, dirt, oils, and bacteria build up in seams and surface texture that traditional mopping cannot fully remove.

We typically recommend professional steam cleaning every 5 years for vinyl plank flooring (and older linoleum). This process removes embedded dirt and bacteria and helps restore the floor’s original appearance without damaging the surface.

Important distinction:
Vinyl plank flooring is water-resistant and designed to be safely cleaned with controlled moisture. Laminate flooring is different and often cannot tolerate water or steam. We always identify the flooring type first to ensure the correct, safe cleaning method is used.

Bleach spots aren’t stains — they’re color loss. Bleach removes dye from carpet or rug fibers, so there’s nothing left for cleaning to remove. That’s why cleaning products don’t work. Color has to be put back, not cleaned out.

Our goal is always 100% restoration, and in many cases that’s possible. Realistically, we promise to restore 90–100% of the original color, to the point where most people — especially anyone who didn’t know there was a bleach spot — won’t notice it.
