                          Face it...
You love your pets, but sometimes they can do disastrous things to your floors.  Urine, feces and vomit can leave bad stains, and fill your home with nasty odors.

                          Removal Process
These stains and odors can be the toughest to remove.  If you get these accidents cleaned right away, you have a much better chance of getting rid of them.

The certified cleaning technicians at Lehigh Rug will assess the stain, its source and how long it has been there.  Next we will clean the spot with a Sanitizer/ Digester solution that attacks and dissolves organic waste.  If the odor remains, you may then opt for a more involved oxidizing treatment which works on the odor molecules specifically.

This process works very well, but nothing is perfect.  Sometimes, depending on the extent and age of the problem, as well as how far into your carpet and padding it has penetrated, the only option may be replacing the carpet and pad.

                          Odor in Oriental Rugs
This odor treatment can also be applied to oriental rugs.  Since these rugs are much more delicate, extra precautions must be taken, and we cannot treat these rugs the same way we would synthetic carpet.  The wools and natural fibers in oriental rugs are easily penetrated by stains and odors, making them much harder to remove in the cleaning and deodorizing process.  You should have your rugs cleaned right away in the event of odor problems.  The longer you wait, the harder it is to remove.
