thorough cleaning does not remove the stain, our techs will always take the time, and all their knowledge to remove the stain as best they can.  This is usually included in the price of carpet cleaning.  
 
Re-Stretching
Depending on the type of carpet, temperature, humidity and traffic in your  house, your carpets may start to ripple and buckle.  This is a normal occurrence caused  by the carpet relaxing and contracting over time.  This can be easily corrected.  Our installation technicians will pull one or two sides of the carpet away from the wall, and stretch it into place again, fixing any edges or seams that may be affected.
Always remember, the longer you wait, the harder carpet problems are to fix!
